Technical description

Technical implementation of the site by Aurélien Ginolhac.

This website was built using quarto, tweaked by Continous Integration & Deployment. Specifically:

  • lectures using the {unilu-theme} extensions

  • practicals/projects using a the Quarto template {unilur}

  • The website is generated on a gitlab runner using docker-in-docker, the project-local R dependency manager {renv}.

  • Website is on a Virtual Machine hosted by the LCSB biocore team using nginx.
